Oh my, they've discovered a fork in the canteen!

I really think that items shouldn't be considered contraband if their found in the places they should be. I often find that guards tend to 'discover' knives in the kitchen, or forks in the staff canteen. It's a bit ridiculous, especially when they confiscate the warden's cellphone as 'contraband'...
