Name in game not in game 1.5 years later

I bought the prison architect name in game bundle over a year a and a half ago. still absolutely nothing can someone help me out.
Did you take a look at the bio length and see if it is acceptable in terms of length?
Also look for emails,
apparently when they look at your name and deny it they will send an email saying why.
