Are Logic Gates removed?

Hello Guys,
I'm new to the game.
I recently saw a video on YouTube in which the author had Logic Gates under his Utility Tab.
But I don't get Logic Gates under my utility tab.
Is that because they're removed?

Expand the menu by clicking on the plus in the lower right corner.
