I have register my Prsioner and his Bio. I have the DLC buy on Steam. But unfortunately it does not work . I can not find meinnen prisoners in the list and find the DLC therefore bad.

You have to submit your character and then, if there isn't something wrong with the character, they'll add it in the next update.
