Introversion

I have this huge prison here:

One of my remaining problems is that the right wing (housing min sec and protective prisoners) doesn't seem to be getting any visitors, ever.
All other visitation rooms are designated (normal sec, max sec, super max), so the one in the right wing should be the only room the min sec and protective prisoners are able to use. They don't however, nor do visitors arrive for them.

Any idea why?

Is this visitation room set to a proper security level? My guess is that this visitation room is set to staff only ?!

It's neutral, so min sec and protective should be able to get visitors there.

Can you show a screenshot of the two rooms in question....one normal and one with zoning please?

I often have my visitation on the right side and I've had no issues so I'd like to look closer.
