Introversion

So I am having a similar problem to "Ragdoll". I own the name in game pass and have a forum account and everything thing. I created the prisoners bio name and everything but there was no submit button. So I just saved the character and checked the list and I wasn't on any of them. It's been almost 24 hours now and still nothing on the list. Is there soem submit button somewhere im supposed to press im just not seeing at all?
