Names in the game

So I bought the 'name in the game' DLC and now it's looking like I can't even submit my prisoner. I've made an account and everything by the way. So when I went to make the actual prisoner, there is no submit button, Just an 'Edit prisoner' button. My prisoner is nowhere to be found among the list of approved and unapproved entries, and whenever I attempt to create a prisoner the same one I made pops up.

Can somebody tell me why This is not working for me? Because between making the prisoner and now, I've seen somebody's prisoner by the first name of "joker69" in the list, with my entry, and this half baked OC's apparent mother, Harely Quinn in the bio.

I've posted my problem about everywhere I could, emailed them twice, and not a single person can tell me why my entry is idle while the brilliantly horrible 'joker69' is ahead of me in production.

Any sort of help is greatly valued.
