[Suggestion] Time stops

Hi, Prison Architect is one of my favourite games and has been since I got it. The ability to set reform programs and classes takes you deeper into the smooth running of the prison, however theres still one difficulty.

If you have say...EAT at 9:00 then work at 10:00, by time the prisoners get to where they need to be, they are already late decreasing the chances of them passing, even the lecturer has to get there, which can be difficult in large prisons.

I have came up with a simple fix for this.

If you click on the time itself, rather than the slot beside it, for example 10:00, it will create a drop down menu with "Time stamp" under it. By clicking this, a GUI will appear with a selection of times from 5 seconds to 60 seconds (Real time, not game time), click one for example 30 seconds.

Then when it hits 10:00 the clock will freeze for 30 seconds real time, the game will keep going and prisoners will go to where they need to be. After 30 seconds, the clock resumes and all prisoners are working from exactly 10:00 to exactly 11:00.

This is also apparent for eating times, you may study your prisoners needs and find "Starving", yet they have access to a large canteen and food. Its because they can't get there intime, this time stamp will remove this problem.
