[Suggestion] Health tech tree

The game can have a branch of the Bureaucracy specific for health management.
* Doctors are replaced by Nurses, who are available from start, with essentially the same functions.
* The Health bureaucracy allows the Infirmary, and the Physician, a unique character who requires an Office, and research the rest of the tech tree. (The character could also be named Doctor, or anything else)
** Health allows research of Pathology which allows the Morgue, and allows the Physician to do an autopsy. The autopsy reduces the economic penalty for a death on site. It is required for executions.
** Health allows research of First Aid. It allows the Physician to teach First Aid to other staff, allowing them to heal other characters. It also slightly improves Nurses' healing capacity.
** Health allows research of Psychology, which allows the Psychologist, as before.
*** Psychology allows research of Profiling which allows a Psychologist to interview prisoners, to find out more about their reputation and needs.
**** Profiling allows research of Advanced Behavioral Therapy which allows the Physician (only the Physician) to remove one of a prisoner's reputations. This requires several hours of sessions, though.
