Introversion

Hi guys. I know this has been mentioned before, but it looks like it has been generally ignored.

A holding cell doesn't have a cell quality, yet it appears that that prisoners who commit an offence int he prison get sent to the holding cell for a day before being transferred to a cell. This indicates that the holding cell must have a quality of 0 somewhere in the game. Is it possible to find a way to make it that only overflow goes to holding cell, not punished prisoners. Thanks

ps. this is something that is brought up on the steam forums for the game often, thought I would post it here in the hopes that somebody from introvision will see it.

Hello. I too have this problem and believe that there should be a way to get around this. I would appreciate if you could let me know if you find a solution.
