Legendary prisoner, A "Normal Risk"??

Turns out you can get LEGEN**** DARY prisoners in the medium category.

... Or he just behaved nicely and asked for the orange suit instead of the red one...

But seriously, I already made a mistake by mixing medium and low risks ( Low is full of snitches and medium kills snitches )
Now I need to prevent him from suppressing my armed guards.

Prisoners initial classification may be wrong by design.

Player should verify the traits and the behavior of the inmates.

A legendary prisoner who cause continuously problems, maybe should be confined in a supermax block.

Yeah, It was silly of me thinking I could get away with a single giant prison and just spam the guard button, Medium and high risk prisoners should be screened when taking them in.

However, this prison did earn me about 20K when filled with low risks.

You probaly already noticed but this is a "small" map without any expansions. This is because I'm trying to fit in as much prison in the 7254 Tiles of useable space.

My end goal is to get 200-300 High risk prisoners on the starter small map, However maybe with extreme suppression and tiny cells I can push this up to 500.
