Actually radiators have only a one time cost of 200$. No electricity or steam needed.
Steam generator or electricity needed will be appreciated.
Also, steam pipes and relative incidents.
A seasons cycle would be awesome: 30 days / season and add air conditioning for the summer.
Rain and snow would be amazing.
