[Suggestion] Deployment Security Levels

Hi there!
I just had a revelation about the room security level assignment system.
Right now, it lacks one crucial function: You cannot assign a room as clear to use by 2+ security groups.
This forces you to build copys of the rooms, more items, etc, if you want a room to be used by multiple levels.
Imagine how the Guard Deployment works - You place a guard marker onto an area, it shows up, guard heads there.
NOW, what if the security level system worked the exact same way?
What I mean is, you click on e.g. Minimum, click a room, a blue prisoner icon appears.
-> Minimum security clearance.
Then you click the Normal security, click the room, another, orange prisoner icon appears next to it.
-> Minimum and Normal security clearance.
Unlike the Patrol functionality, the differrent colored icons should ALL show up on that screen, all at the same time, much like they do in Logistics view, but with colored prisoner icons. That way you see which room has which groups allowed and you just change the clearance level tool you work with, not the view you are looking at.
Quickly improvised, it could look like so:

This would save everyone a lot of trouble, would it not?
For instance this would allow you to send Min + Norm to work in a kitchen, but Max has to stay out of it, not allowing them access to knives. Or a Cleaning Cupboard could be used by everybody except Protective Custody folks.
IMO it would feel a lot more intuitive and streamlined, as well as being way more flexible.
Cheers,
