Console Optimization?

Will we see any of the optimization from the console build in the PC version? I love this game, and have had it since around Alpha 6, but I almost never play PA now because the lag with even a few hundred prisoners is untenable. I'm happy that the game will be accessible for a larger audience, but I hope us PC players aren't left behind in the dust.
