[Suggestions] Small stuff, easy to fix/improve

- Zooming out makes the power station's power usage bar solid black, probably because the black grid lines are drawn on top of the red/green usage indicator. I think the solution is to not draw the grid lines at all if prison is "sufficiently" zoomed out
- Middle mouse button for object rotation - the rotation executes when button is pressed (MouseDown) but player may have wanted to scroll the map and not to rotate the object, so the rotation should be executed MouseUp instead and only if there was no scrolling
- Exiting the menu unpauses the game for some reason
- Events (or clicking in order to read the event text) unpause the game
- Clicking on Rooms or Objects or any building menu that has a search option should auto-focus the search edit box so that player can immediately type in it (translation: I can never find quickly what I am looking for there)
