Sometimes there is a pair of hands on the weight lifting bench after a prisoner has used it.

Hey. I saw this posted today on the Bug tracker site. You can find it here and add your comments so they know its more then 1 person having the issue.

The issue has been around for a while and is currently set as "acknowledged" on Mantis. I guess it might be harder to fix than it seems.

There are quite a few bug posts about it. I even had an issue with inmates putting their hands on the weights before they got to the bench, but that either got resolved or went away on its own. It did amuse me. I reckoned I'd received a load of inmates with pyschic powers, who were lifting weights from long distance.
But yeah, its been around for quite a while.
