[Suggestion] Vulnerable prisoners automatically fed in cell

Just thinking out loud here, but should perhaps all supermax / vulnerable prisoners have an automatic policy (ie. without research) that they are fed in their cells?
See ever since the introduction of permanent punishments, I automatically put any supermax / vulnerable prisoners into a state of permanent lock-down. the obvious advantage is that they can now remain in their cells 24 hours a day. Now I'm not adverse to treating them well, and might include other amenities in their cells, to meet their needs, but because this is a punishment, they are suppressed. I don't necessarily want them suppressed, particularly if I want to run a "reforming" prison. Also, it seems unfair to "punish" the protected prisoners, just because other wish them harm.
So I would suggest that vulnerable prisoners / supermax are automatically fed in their cells. Considering you are almost certain to get vulnerable prisoners, who will be targeted, even with normal security prisoners, and the research chain for the lawyer is expensive, perhaps a sensible policy should be put in place (or at least could be put in place by you the player, perhaps under the "POLICY" tab). The same could / should also apply to supermax inmates. This way you can use the regime to keep them in a state of pernanment lock-down, and but not as a punishment.
Quite frankly, I have never found an ideal solution to letting them out a few times a day to eat in the main canteen, it's simply too hard to schedule, and the whole notion of building a entire new kitchen/canteen area is too expensive, and unrealistic. Obviously, the real world solution here is to bring a handful of meals to their wing, so perhaps that should simply exist in game?
PS: This might also help with gang leaders, which as legendary prisoners (and their recruitment ability), need to be kept in a state of permanent lock-down anyway, but if punished spike the prison temperature.
