[PA Tools] New website with 3 pa tools.

I made a website with 3 pa tools that I found on GitHub.
I included the pa object calculator, the escape tunnel finder, and links to download the object eraser.

hello
nice tool, but Tables (and maybe Serving Tables?) have a bug, the page shows me i need one of them, regardles how many prisoners i take.

Yeah, it tells you that only 1 table is needed because prisoners can just eat off benches for practical purposes.
Serving table formula works fine as well.
