Hello.
I was excited and enthousiast when I saw this game on Youtube, so I bought it. But now I played it, I understand it's a very poor game, sadly :
- There is no variation between each games. The land is the same, the events are rares and does not change the way to design your prison. You don't really have to a adapt what you do to the reality.
- When you have understand the things, it's useless to try others ways of building your prison. You build the same rooms in the same orders, and going for subventions.
- To be synthetic : after one or two big games, there is nothing more which excite me. For a sandbox game, that is a problem. There should be some things to play, some missions, I don't know.
There are excellent things in this game. I am impressed by the graphism fluidity, the clarity of what happens, the interface is so nice and functionnals, the informations are so clear to understand (not completely. Wiki is very usefull too). To me, the game Dwarf Fortress is really a failure compared to these success. But Dwarf Fortress has a great depth and replayability.

I think there could be a couple of ways to increase the replayability.
I'd like to see the ability to create my own security levels, so I can treat some of my prisoners (the good ones) and really punish the bad ones (my 2 legendary cop killers). Just Protective Custody and Supermax isn't really enough for differentiation. The room quality thing doesn't seem to work either, and that's slightly annoying.
I guess I'd prefer more micromanagement. That's what gives me re-playability. Being able to customize my game.
Other than that, maybe women's prison, military prison, juvenile (with a heavy emphasis on reform), or having the prisoners that re offend sent back. That would give an incentive to keep playing on the same map.
Maybe also a way to track certain prisoners, and add notes possibly, and some lists of them in alphabetical order or something. That would make me play a hell of alot more and keep it fresh.
