Could I run the game on two computers

Postby WIssX » Sat Oct 17, 2015 7:40 pm

So I want to be able to play this game on two computers. I am planning on having one to look at prisons and the other to play the game.

Thanks

I think you can download it on two but if you want to play them both at once then probably not. If they are both the same account played at the same time, usually this means the game is being pirated. So if you want to download it twice yes. Play them both at once, well it shouldn't be possible...

Hope it helps out

IT does not matter. I run it via steam and it does not give a crap that it is being ran on a different CPU. And pklus my sis can play!

If you buy directly from IV, the game is sold without DRM, and so can be installed on as many machines as you like. Obviously, the intent is that you should only install on machines that you use, and that you shouldn't be giving it away to other people, but IV clearly believe that your freedom to do what you like (and the problems with DRM) outweighs the benefits of DRM. I would imagine that the Steam version does contain some DRM---most (all?) games published by Steam do---but I have not experimented with it at all. On the other hand, Steam will let you install stuff on any computer you have access to, so long as you login when you use those machines.
