So I am planning on making a prison and I want to use names in the game. How do I.

I don't understand. What do you mean by "use" names in the game? Do you not know how to submit your information? or do you want named prisoners? or what?

First you go into extras, then you go to name in game, in there if you select someone one of the options should be to transfer prisoner to your prison
