[Bug] Unable to place/remove

So I was playing prison architect and I had created a small prison. While extending the cells i relised i was unable to unroom or dismantle/dump create walls or anything in that one cell. I'm not sure if im posting this in the right section sorry if im wrong. Is there anyway around this or a fix maybe?

not a bug, its a gang member cell.

you can assign him to another well, if you select him and then make a rightclick into an empty square of another cell.
