Game starts with lost of lines

land subject i know but

Basically i have to click out of game to bring the menu up and then i have to click back in to game to place object and then i have to click back in to game for the object and builders to start work...

I am seriously considering getting a refund becuase of this.

HELP :shock:

if you are using mods, try disabling them and starting a new prison, see if that fixes anything. if it does then you can start turning the mods on one at a time, hopefully if it is a mod creating the problem that will weed it out, otherwise i have not seen this problem before.

Okay this is getting beyond a joke now....

I fixed the lines... had to come out of windowed mode..

No i cant play the game if i click in game with my mouse. i have to click the thing i need and then click out of game and then back in to game for the menu to come up and then click on the thing i need and then click out of game again.

Getting fed up.

Shitty to hear, the game's running fine here.

I'm thinking something in your system is messed up; you are having all sorts of crazy problems.
If this isn't specific to a particular save-game/mod, then try removing and freshly installing; the game's not that big, it shouldn't take long.

-Does running safe mode make a difference?
-I'm guessing you've tried running without having mods enabled(?)
-Drivers up to date?
-Tried checking 'game integrity' with steam?

-Also as a check please disable your virus scanner to see if that helps... (small chance, but maybe)

Hope you find what's causing this soon!

go to Options - Experimental then tick or untick the box on that experimental menu!
