Fog Of War - Suggestion

Hello, and I'm the VERY new Forum baboon who just happen to stumble right in- for the forth time in over 2 years now.

So with introductions out of the way, I was watching on the Iv-software YouTube channel ALPHA 4

I noticed something that I was interested in- It was the ROOF! Holy cow the ROOF? We have a ROOF?
YES A ROOF- Or better known as: Fog Of War (FOW) and I wasen't around for the FOW Update so I took some notes on my SUPER SECRET HANDY DANDY TYPE WRITER- Not really... Does anyone get that joke? No?

OK Onto the REAL Suggestion: I would like to suggest we add a button (in the EXTRA Menu, not the main prison editing menu) to ALLOW the FOW "texture" be a Roof as seen in ALPHA 3 and changed in ALPHA 4. I noticed where he turned it on and off threw a Debug menu so I'd just like to see the Roof make a come back in the EXTRA menu after the Version 1 gets turned out.

*Note, That the mouse doesn't actually "undo" the Fog Of War, if that's possible- I find that cheating a bit... Just a little bit.


It's not a Priority- I'd just like to throw my thought in. Have mercy on me, It's my first time *EVER* posting here (aside from the Bug bash stuff) so apologize if it looks like chicken scratch.

What you see there is, as you note, the original fog of war, which completely obscured everything that was going on. It looks nifty, but if you play with it for more than a minute or two, you will find that the nifty factor is quickly overshadowed by the sheer obnoxiousness of it. However cool it looks, it really makes the game terrible to play. Trust me, you don't really want it back, even as an option, even just to goof around with.

Yeah I get what your saying,

But mom always said- don't mess with skunks... I still did- and reaped my EPIC two weeks of horrible smell.
So, I personally would enjoy it I believe anyone else probably not... I was really hoping they'd add the dev tools and cheats so I could mess around with that fog of war.
