1) I love building prisons but I really hate the fact I can't incorporate new features such as gangs or random events in a current prison of mine
2) Can guns be smuggled into the prison this would really screw things up
3) A lock on hiring new guards/armed guards during a riot
4) Customise clothing with colours
5) Multiple prisoners in a cell, bunk beds
6) Guard brutality
7) Make money in illegal ways such as having a meth lab
8. Corrupt staff such as cooks, workers etc
9) Have a game mode where you play as guards after the prisoners have taken over a section of the prison
10) have multiple levels like a 4 story building
11) Have prisoners kidnap guards/visitors and demand better conditions
12) Increase the size of the clone tool
13) Can have multiple power stations next to each other
14) Have a list of crimes committed and by who in your prison so you can decide who goes into supermax
15) Prisoners can tunnel into the security room and overthrow your prison
16) Riot gear for normal guards
I have loads more but these are the ones I thought would make the game even better
