My Doctors Won't Heal the Sick

I have a rather large prison, and just got the event that I have sick prisoners. My doctors won't heal them, though. Guards bring them to the infirmary where the doctors simply move around them and let them die. I can click a doctor and right-click a prisoner in or out of the infirmary and the doctors ignore them, too. I've tried firing/hiring and reloading the game...

Update: Paramedics won't help either

I have this issue too and it gave me 3 deaths and a glitched body who never go to the hearse.
