Agreed. In addition to that:
-Instant build would probably take out alot of unnecessary codes. If you look around in save files, notice that jobs completed by workers (construction and furniture placement ofcourse) remains the majority of the file. In addition to that, alot of time would be saved. Even though this may take out alot of what the worker actually does, it does not defeat the purpose of having them around. Construction beside, they can still work in exports and forestry. I believe the whole construction thing is a cool feature, however you get tired really, really quickly after needing to wait for jobs to be completed and such. That aside, it would probably eliminate alot of bugs in regards to AI pathfinders. Pipe is in the middle of walls? no problem. Worker just won't install that door no matter how many times you restart? Problem solved. I agree to this idea, and with that highly support this idea to be implemented.

-Optimization of codes. You see it doesnt matter how strong your computer is, IT WILL LAG WITH LARGE PRISONS. Dont want this simple thing to be such a limitation now would you?
-In another post i mentioned (Gang Suggestions) the idea of gang membership and gang creation in the escape mode. How about spending reputation points in creating a gang? Then steamroll your way out the front gates.
-Smarter AI: I see this still, even at the end of the alpha. AI just acts dumb sometimes. Want porn from a shop? sure, walk across the map when there's literally a shop in close proximity.
- In addition to that, gang behavior. I see this still, and it bothers me so much. Gang members of different affiliations, have no problem fine dining next to each other. That just doesnt happen! Please make gang behavior
more realistic.
- Bug: not sure if this is fixed yet, but my inmates sleep in/on their toilets. Don't think that is what prisoners usually do, or if the toilet is more comfortable than the bed, which is sad.
