Still there's the unused tooltip option on all workers, so I guess that's where I'll start stuffing in randomized names.
It shouldn't be too hard to suss-out what gender an entity is, not that the modding api gives any decent 'hooks' for determining staff (sprite) gender...
But checking the sprite orders and putting them in a 'struct' should be sufficient; It would be foolish to give a bloke a galls name (too often)!
No real added involvement (or micro-management) to it sadly

I would have loved to be able to clearly label every worker, so you would start to recognize them and go... ahhw, 'Bill' just got whacked!
There I hope I served yalls apatites enough to fuel another heated discussion
