[Suggestion] New Programs for Gangs

Postby Dyllusional » Fri Jul 31, 2015 11:45 am

New programs for recent addition into gangs, such as Gang Intervention, Gang Reform, and Gang Awareness.
Gang Intervention: This would be used to attempt to remove someone from a gang. Most likely the gang that they are leaving could place a hit on people taking this program or at least attempt to keep them in the gang through violence/intimidation. If successful prisoner is removed from gang and becomes a Ex-Ganger [COLOR]
Gang Reform: Ex-gangers can attempt to reform multiple members of their own/other gangs into leaving the gang. If the prisoner does do this then they are almost immediately going to have a hit against them.
Gang Awareness: A basic course for people entering prison, this course would most likely be used to dissuade the common prisoners [no rep/no violent rep] from joining gangs. having violent reps would most likely cause this course to fail while having passive traits, Fearless, Stoical, would increase chance of success. Would not stop them from joining gangs but would just lower the rate in which they can be recruited.

If you leave a gang, you might as well go to protective custody or solitary your entire stay, cause your going to be very high up on the hitlist, even more than snitches.

Chris probably won't want to do this, but a lot of gangs will extort or kill your family if you betray the gang also. Since we don't have a proper entrance/exit for visitors that prisoners can't bash open or staff is constantly running through this would make for some very gruesome killing.
