[Suggestion] Gang Structure

I think a good way to go about implementing gangs more into the game would be to use the reputation system in sync with the gang members or use a kind of copycat rep system to give them exclusive responsibilities/roles.

For instance you could have one member that would be a recruiter thus his reputation would read gang recruiter and he would have the ability to convert a prisoner on the same cell block or schedule, something to that nature. Gang members would have a 1-2% to have that reputation when they arrived that way they could grow moderately quick if one shows up but would consolidate the gang from just completely taking over. Same would go for leaders of course legendary prisoners would more than likely get the gang leader reputation we know that its very common for leaders of gang organizations to shot call everything from there cell now matter how locked down they usually are. Maybe have the leaders ability to directly give orders to gang members to dig tunnels or smuggle a phone in for him etc.

Various roles could include smuggler,recruiter,leader,hitman,escapist etc. think it could add a lot of flavor to the game without having to completely remake the whole structure of the game for gangs. Just a suggestion.

Great suggestion, but as the gang feature is still in active development and only the first part of it is out right now, it would be wise to wait until maybe alpha 35 or 36 to suggest this, as what you suggested right now could actually be something the devs are already working on.

Like it - people becoming gang members in prison sounds like great idea!

Yea I figured if it hasn't been thought of already its definitely something that you'd probably need to do early to implement that's why I did suggest it but im probably too late for this suggestion if anything since theyre probably going about it another way already ha.

Great job extending gangs in A35 IV team similar to my idea so im happy. One suggestion now that that's been announced is extension of plays through various other jobs assassinations, smuggling instead of whole groups going to do one thing just small one or two man team plays that allow targeted prisoners to be killed and etc.
