[Bug] No death row appeal happening

Hi

it seems that no death row appeal is happending after alpha 34 - there are 4 death row prisoners (all gang members). I have 2 death row appeals in schedule, room is free and next to the cells. But they stay in cells and never go to appeal. But they leave their cells themselves and go to visitiation. crazy

Can anyone help or is it just a bug?

I can confirm that this happens only to deathrow gang members

i can confirm - only gang members are not getting appeals - only non gang members get appeal
