[Bug] Released inmate beaten unconcious and stuck

I didn't catch how it happened. My inmate list reported 1 inmate requiring medical attention. To my amazement there was an inmate just inside the main gate unconcious in the middle of a short queue of released inmates on their way out.
Checking him shows his time was completed. Absolutely no clue what happened to leave him unconcious.

Anyway, he is flagged to be carried to a medical bed. A guard comes over, pushes him sideways a little bit and then leaves. The "Todo" action vanishes. A few seconds later he is flagged to be taken for healing once again. Guard comes back, pushes him a bit and leaves again. This just keeps repeating over and over.
I've recorded it in Mantis as there doesn't seem to be any mention of this. A pretty unusual scenario of a released inmate getting beaten unconcious on his way to freedom, so I'm not surprised.
