[Suggestion] Progress bar for administrators

It's kind of a pain to go back and forth to the bureaucracy window every time to check to see how much longer/how completed a research item is. Maybe a green or red-to-green bar where it says "Researching" under the admin staff? Bar or time left would be good, both would be great.

Isn't there some kind of sound indicating completed research?

Didn't this use to happen? I'm really sure a remember seeing little progress bars of the different ongoing research projects coming out from the button. Tho I think it was when the bureaucracy tab was down the bottom so before the UI change.
