[Suggestion] Last call in death row

I'd really like there to be a special phone in the execution chamber that, on rare occasions rings before an execution and might issue a pardon to the prisoner.

like irl.If your sentenced to death there is a phone and if it rings execution instantly stops and if they are proven innocent or have been pardoned by the president then they are released.
