[Bug] Dead being taken straight to hearse even w/ morgue

I have noticed if you do not have your morgue between the 'scene of death' and the road (and with a door directly leading to the road itself) the guards will just take the deceased straight into a hearse, avoiding any other 'vacant' morgue in the prison.

this gets the bodies out of your prison faster and who like dead guys
