Intake until certain amount has been reached was suggested
but what about intake so it keeps the number the same?

43/54 low sec prisoners
5 ready for release soon

so,
predicts that those 5 are getting ready for release soon and their sec level
accommodates for the max amount of cells and current prisoners and ones ready for release, does the math and sets the intake level

takes a lot of the work out for you
(obviously this would be a option box like "automatic intake leveling" like on the intake page
