BUG Parole breaking Chief and Warden

Is anyone else experiencing this? That the Chief and Warden get stuck in the parole room?

I've moved the room twice and 'sacked and rehired' chief and warden it it keeps happening.

Anyone else experiencing this? Basically they stay stuck at the visitation table, even if I disassemble the table and other workers push around the officer and warden they still never leave or do anything, even once exhausted.
