[SUGGESTION] Theatre/choir club

Postby Turnspike » Sun Feb 08, 2015 1:17 am

A pastime for inmates that could help rehab.
Theatre/ play acting, or choir groups that can rehearse in free time.
Stages can be placed in common rooms or yards (anywhere inmates can gather), and performances given occasionally.

Not a bad idea... maybe integrate it as part of the new chapel.

I guess pastimes and "extracurricular" activities contribute a lot to reform. In my country you can actually win freedom by boxing your way out. Well not exactly freedom, but winning a high-profile boxing match means you did a lot to reform yourself, and that reflects well on the parole decision.

Someone with some lua script experience and some art skill could easily just mod that in. But it might not affect their reform score for now. Don´t know if Chris has allowed us to modify that by modding now.

They performed the nativity in 'Orange is the New Black'.
And the Blues Brothers were allowed to perform when they were locked up.

Of course, any activity can be a source of trouble. Costumes, props, various tech and lots of prisoners in the same place seems like a recipe for a jailbreak.
