[Suggestion] Remove sleep need for arriving prisoners

I'd like to suggest making sure that every arriving prisoner either has their sleep need at minimum when arriving, or allowing prisoners to sleep before 10pm. As it stands now should prisoners with a high sleep need arrive you have no way to reduce this need since even if you force prisoners into their cells and schedule sleep for them, they'll simply stand next to their bed getting angry because they can't sleep before 10pm.

Yes! .. seconded. I find that to be very annoying too.

As annoying as this is... it isn't far off from reality. Prisoners rarely get any decent sleep during transfers and integration. That being said, there is a mod on the Workshop that allows your prisoners to sleep 24/7
