BUG: Double charge for reform sessions

I don't know if you or anyone else has noticed this, but I couldn't find any other posts on it. We're effectively charged twice for reform programs. At the beginning hour of the reform program session you are charged the amount of money the program costs from your existing pool of money. The straight charge I'm sure everyone is familiar with. However, the reform sessions are also listed as a negative amount in the finance report and detract from your daily profit. I hope that makes sense and you can see how the program cost is being doubled.

Also, for some reason my guards will not get tazer certified. They all head over there a bit before the hour cert session, but when the hour changes to the time they're supposed to have the session they all file out of the classroom, including the chief. Anyone else having this problem?

Noticed the same thing. The reform programs are marked under expenses, reducing your net profit (along with hourly cashflow) and when they begin you get charged for them again.

I would think this is a fairly easy thing to fix, but I suppose just removing reform programs from your daily total makes the "how much you're getting per day" very misleading.

I'm not 100% sure, but I think that exports have the same effect applied to them (you get the income twice)?

Exports are also listen under the daily income as plus. Do we then get double income too?

I think it's just way of the game showing us where we have spent the money. Or I could be totally wrong, but then there is the exports part in the income too...
