The Mantis login screen is where you make a new account for that service. For consistency, use the same username and password when creating the account.

If your password uses symbols, try changing it to an alphanumeric password (a-z, A-Z. 0-9) and see if that solves your login issue.

Thank you, I was being a total douchebag and never noticed it said username not email address!!

Many thanks for your help, now im all signed up and i'll try not to be such an idiot in future!

Trying to remember all your passwords and login information is like memorizing the phone book these days if you don't have it written down on physical paper somewhere.

Also as of now, bugbash 2 still isnt on steam, I guess it wasnt being released on 9-22? Maybe after they fix those 13 bugs.

Using a unique password for everything is impossible without writing it down or using software like 1Password to help you remember. It's crazy how many logins one has these days!

The dates on mantis roadmap and changlog pages has no relation to steam releases or updates.
So don't put anything into them :)
Soon we shall know more :)

They told in the Alpha 25 video that Alpha 26 will be a new bugbash. So, I guess it's probably the same as the last bugbash. Using Steam you should indeed run the different bugbash versions during the month.

I assume we have to Opt-in to the Beta testing on Steam... or will the updates be pushed automatically?

I don't use Steam myself, but I'm pretty sure it's not forced. I believe that it's another "version" inside Steam. Don't know for sure though, but pushed or forced; no.

You have to opt in beta through steam once bugbash-2 goes live. For now don't do it, as it goes back to bugbash-1j from during the summer.
