[Bug?] Guards can't find tunnels?

I have a cell that's showing a tunnel on the informant page but when searching the cell, it doesn't get revealed. Is this a bug with the informant or with the tunnel searching?

I've not yet had an informant reveal a tunnel yet, but my guess is that the guards will not need to search the cell, the tunnel is simply revealed.

Try to use the Remove Tunnel tool and see if your workers recognize the tunnel is there.

Nah. The tunnel isn't selectable with the tool.

After being nerfed out of existence, Escape Tunnels are coming back - rare, but viable once again

It seems that they were completely gone but we should be seeing them next Alpha again
