my game freezes and I get a White screen.
I have all mods disabled, deleted or running in safe mode.
Even in window mode tries also does not help.
But everything does not help -.-

I have the game now even uninstalled and reinstalled.

Try deleting you preferences file, and then start the game again. It will remove any previous preferences and run as if for the first time with the default settings. Maybe there's a mod or a configuration in there that is causing some kind of game failure
