Prisoner not getting punished

I haven't been able to find this on the site, so sorry if I missed it. But I have seen the same prisoner 2 separate times fight guards, get injured, get healed in the infirmary, then freely walk out without being punished or his info changing to show a waiting punishment. I'm not sure if this is happening with other prisoners, so I'll keep and eye out and reply if I see it

(Note: Not reporting this on mantis until I'm sure its an actual bug and not just a glitch I can fix myself)

Do you have your Policy setup correctly? Also, are you using an old prison save file?

Prison policy should be all good. I had manually set injured guard to 6 hours of solitary, and I started this prison on 8/8/14

Support the issue by rating in favor of it on the bottom of the page. Also, please add a new note if you have further information related to the issue.

As a workaround, you could manually punish the prisoner. This is useful if you are using Suppression to your advantage in your prison.

You can also manually punish them.
