Suggestion for shifts

I notice a problem after latest updates and that can be a huge problem and I wil explain it. My suggestion is that tired guard should not leave his workplace untill other guard come to replace him (like in real life, you cant leave shift untill your replacment come). If you put remote door on some important path you will be in huge problem because tired guard will leave his job and nobady can unlock remote door and there is a big problem. You can connect remote door with two door control systems, but I think that more realistic will be that guard cant leave his job untill replacment come. Thanks
