Can you please explain what you mean by this? The word "stage" has several meanings in English (a place where actors perform; a specific time in the growth or development of an entity; a level or area in a video game; &c.), and I don't know which one you mean. It would also be helpful if you provided details. You want something added to the game. How would this alter gameplay? What would be the advantages and disadvantages to the player? How would it interface with other systems that already exist? And so on.

They probably mean show it off, ass in show it off on stage. We have the Steam Workshop, where you can upload your prison for others to view and see.

I assumed he meant an actual theater stage in the game. Many prisons have stages where prisoners perform; or they bring in outside entertainment a few times a year to reward prisoners with good behavior.

I'm glad that we all agree that the appropriate reaction was confusion.
