A system where one can prioritize what workmen should do. Sometimes the foundation or the utility needs a rush, not cutting down trees

Yes. A thousand times, yes.

a simple 3 box priority system would work. lay a foundation and it starts on normal priority. but click the high priority button attached with it and it will be prioritized earlier. or the low priority button and it goes to the bottom of the line.. could do it for anything a worker does really.
