Prison Architect in Ubuntu

Postby CplHenderson » Wed Jun 18, 2014 10:16 pm

In the linux version of PA, there are two executables - .i686 and .x86_64. I have to assume these are the 32 bit and 64 bit versions.

If I run the 64 bit version, the game crashes on every save. My computer also tends to heat pretty rapidly. The game runs fine with the i686 version.

My problem is that steam seems to only want to open the 64 bit version. As you can imagine, this makes it pretty damn inconvenient to play mods or use the workshop, as well as making the use of busbash builds impossible.

Are there any linux users with knowledge about this? Any way to choose the executable in steam?

Sounds rather like Bug #4823, but that's supposedly fixed since bugbash-1h. :?
