No where in the options menu is there a way to change the font size of the various UI text throughout the game. Adding this would greatly improve gameplay for those with higher resolutions as well as those who have eyesight problems.
Recently my uncle has taken and interest in my playing the Alpha, and I have been telling him about it. Problem is, he is nearly blind, as in he is considered disabled and walks with a cane, but is able to see up close his laptop screen enough to program, play various games, surf the net, etc. Yet with some games, a lot of the text needs to be read in order to play well, thus he changes the font size of the UI, and any other font size available to be changed, to be able to see it easier and not have to supplement with a magnifying glass very often.
Prison Architect is one of these games he would have to use a magnifying glass for everything, as there are even times where I have to bring my screen closer to me to be able to read some text or another, and I have only a slight eyesight problem. Yet if he was able to enlarge all of the text to be able to play without using his magnifying glass, he would buy in asap.

Building off of this, it'd be nice if the UI also resized if the resolution gets changed.
Re: [Suggestion] UI Font Size Change in Options Menu
You can manually change the UI size by pressing either ALT + or CTRL + in game

I believe it's just plus (+) and minus (-). http://devwiki.introversion.co.uk/pa/index.php/Controls

Awesome, thank you for the information, though my suggestion for sliders still stands.

Hi,
sorry for digging this up.
+ and - keys cause a problem when using AZERTY keyboard in france: the + key can be used, (pressing the +/=/} key of the keyboard), but the minus key can't.
It shoud normally be the )/°/] key, but for some reason, it does not work (with or without shift or capslock)
setting up secondary key or key combination would be *usefull* ! (Or sliders or any UI workaround)
thanks
