DangerousAndroid, regarding 0010823 and others, could you please create a motherbug for issues of prisoners getting stuck? There seem to be a lot of issues like that and many duplicates, but in order to fully understand the situation, we need to sort the Mantis issues first. Would you look into it?

I can do that, but should I include staff getting stuck too?

I would prefer to separate it into two distinct motherbugs, unless you think that they are closely related to each other. Please use your judgement.
